Data deletion

If you removed SelleRank from your Facebook account, Facebook sends us an automatic deletion request. We erase the enquiry record created from your Facebook lead form, the visitor profile linked to it, and the related session and analytics history. The confirmation code above tracks that request.

Request deletion directly

You can also ask us at any time, whether or not you came from Facebook. Email mahdif25@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request and include the email address, phone number or brand name you used, so we can find the record. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Enquiry, teardown and diagnostic submissions, including name, email, phone and brand details.
• The visitor profile stitched to those submissions, plus its sessions, page views and click history.
• Facebook Lead Ad identifiers and any advertising event records tied to you.
• Booking records held for your call, unless we must keep an invoice for accounting reasons.
